Product designs, packaging, specifications, part numbers, included components, finishes, and availability may change without notice.
Photographs may be representative. Colors, finishes, packaging, included components, and product appearance may vary from the images shown.
Contact Torque Ranch Motors before ordering if a particular specification, revision, finish, measurement, component, or configuration is essential to your purchase.
4. VEHICLE FITMENT
Vehicle fitment may depend on factors including:

• Make
• Model
• Submodel
• Trim
• Engine
• Drivetrain
• Cab configuration
• Bed length
• Suspension configuration
• Existing modifications
• Production date
• Vehicle identification number
Customers must provide accurate and complete vehicle information.
When requested, provide the complete VIN and any additional information needed to verify compatibility.
Fitment information is based on the information reasonably available at the time. It does not replace the manufacturer’s installation instructions, inspection of the actual vehicle, or professional judgment.
Do not install, modify, paint, drill, program, or use a product that appears incorrect, damaged, incomplete, or incompatible.
Contact Torque Ranch Motors before installation if fitment is uncertain.
5. PRICES AND AVAILABILITY
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise shown.
Prices, promotions, product availability, shipping charges, descriptions, and specifications may change without notice.
Products remain subject to availability until an order is accepted and enters fulfillment.
We may correct pricing, description, inventory, fitment, or typographical errors.
If a material error affects an order, we may contact the customer for approval, place the order on hold, cancel the affected item, or issue a refund.
6. ORDERS
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase.
Torque Ranch Motors may review, accept, reject, limit, place on hold, or cancel an order for reasons including:
• Product unavailability
• Pricing or listing errors
• Incomplete or inaccurate vehicle information
• Fraud or payment concerns
• Export, emissions, safety, or legal restrictions
• An incomplete or undeliverable address
• Quantity limitations
• Shipping restrictions
• Inability to verify the order
• Inability to fulfill the order as submitted
An automated order confirmation acknowledges receipt of the order. It does not guarantee acceptance, availability, shipment, or delivery by a particular date.
We may contact the customer for additional information before accepting or fulfilling an order.
7. PAYMENT
Payment must be authorized before an order is processed.
Available payment methods are shown at checkout.
Customers represent that they are authorized to use the submitted payment method.
We may request additional verification, place an order on hold, or cancel an order if payment, identity, billing information, or transaction details cannot be verified.
8. SALES TAX
Applicable sales tax is calculated based on the order, product taxability, shipping destination, and applicable tax requirements.
Tax-exempt customers must provide valid documentation and receive approval before placing a tax-exempt order unless another approved process is provided.
9. UNITED STATES SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Standard online checkout is currently available only for eligible delivery addresses within the United States.
Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy.
Shipping charges and delivery estimates may depend on:

• Destination
• Package size and weight
• Carrier service
• Freight classification
• Residential or commercial delivery
• Liftgate or appointment requirements
• Hazardous-material restrictions
• Other applicable shipping requirements
Orders may be divided into multiple packages or shipments and may arrive through different carriers or on different delivery dates.
Processing, transit, and delivery estimates are not guaranteed unless expressly stated otherwise.
If an order cannot ship within a stated timeframe—or, when no specific timeframe was stated, within the period required by applicable law—we will contact the customer with the available options. These may include consenting to a revised timeframe or canceling the affected unshipped item for a refund.
10. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
International orders are not currently available through the standard online checkout.
Customers outside the United States may contact Torque Ranch Motors regarding a separately reviewed and quoted parts-sourcing or export order.
An international transaction is accepted only after the products, destination, shipping method, duties, taxes, legal restrictions, payment terms, and other applicable requirements have been confirmed in writing.
Torque Ranch Motors may decline an international transaction because of product restrictions, destination restrictions, payment requirements, shipping limitations, export requirements, or other operational or legal considerations.
11. ORDER CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS
Orders cannot be canceled through self-service.
Contact Torque Ranch Motors immediately to request a cancellation, address change, quantity change, or product change.
We will attempt to assist, but approval is not guaranteed.
An order generally cannot be canceled or changed after it has:
• Entered fulfillment
• Been allocated
• Been prepared for shipment
• Been dispatched
• Been ordered as a special-order, custom-order, or made-to-order product
Approved cancellations may be reduced by restocking fees, payment fees, freight charges, special-order charges, or other non-recoverable costs.
12. RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Returns, cancellations, exchanges, damaged shipments, and refunds are governed by our Return and Refund Policy.
All returns require prior authorization.
Do not return a product before receiving return instructions.
Installed, used, test-fitted, modified, damaged, incomplete, special-order, custom-order, made-to-order, clearance, or final-sale products may not be returnable except where required by law or expressly approved in writing.
13. MANUFACTURER WARRANTIES
Products may include a warranty provided by the manufacturer.
Warranty eligibility, duration, coverage, exclusions, remedies, and claim procedures are determined by the manufacturer.
Unless expressly stated in writing, Torque Ranch Motors does not create an additional product warranty beyond rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Customers may be required to provide photographs, diagnostic information, proof of purchase, installation records, or other documentation as part of a warranty claim.
Customers may also be required to work directly with the manufacturer for inspection, diagnosis, repair, replacement, or warranty approval.
Labor, towing, vehicle rental, lost time, lost use, removal, installation, shipping, and incidental expenses are not covered unless expressly included by the applicable warranty or required by law.
14. INSTALLATION AND SAFETY
Automotive products should be installed, inspected, and maintained by qualified professionals.
Improper installation, incompatible product combinations, incorrect torque, missing hardware, improper programming, modification, misuse, racing, overloading, or failure to follow instructions may cause product failure, property damage, serious injury, or death.
Customers are responsible for:
• Reviewing all product instructions and warnings
• Confirming compatibility before installation
• Using appropriate tools and safety equipment
• Completing required alignments, calibrations, programming, inspections, and maintenance
• Rechecking hardware after installation when instructed
• Discontinuing use if a safety concern is discovered
• Complying with applicable laws and vehicle requirements
Torque Ranch Motors is not responsible for installation performed by another person or business.
15. EMISSIONS AND LEGAL COMPLIANCE
Some automotive products may be restricted from sale, installation, registration, or use in particular states or jurisdictions.
Product-specific EPA, CARB, emissions, racing-use, off-road-use, competition-use, or legal-use notices form part of the product information and must be reviewed before purchase and installation.
Torque Ranch Motors does not authorize any customer to use a product in violation of federal, state, or local law.
Torque Ranch Motors does not offer installation intended to remove, bypass, defeat, disable, or render inoperative emissions-control equipment required by law.
Customers are responsible for confirming that a product and its intended use comply with applicable laws, regulations, inspection requirements, registration requirements, and vehicle-use restrictions.
16. PROFESSIONAL INSTALLATION SERVICES
Installation, diagnostic, fabrication, repair, or workshop services are separate from an online product purchase unless expressly included in the product listing, written quote, or repair order.
Workshop services may require:
• A separate appointment
• Inspection of the vehicle
• A written estimate or repair order
• A deposit
• Additional parts or labor
• Separate authorization forms
• Additional diagnostic or installation work
Online product pricing does not automatically include installation labor.
An installation quote is an estimate based on the information reasonably available at the time and may change after vehicle inspection or discovery of additional required work.
17. WEBSITE AVAILABILITY
We do not guarantee that the website, account features, checkout, vehicle-selection tools, product information, or other services will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
We may modify, suspend, restrict, or discontinue any feature or service when reasonably necessary.
Temporary website errors do not create an obligation to honor incorrect pricing, availability, shipping, product, or fitment information.
18. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES AND LINKS
The website may use or link to third-party services including Shopify, payment providers, carriers, analytics services, applications, manufacturers, social-media platforms, or other websites.
We are not responsible for third-party content, availability, privacy practices, security, separate terms, or independent actions.
Use of a third-party service may be governed by that party’s own terms and policies.
19. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Website content, branding, text, graphics, photographs, videos, designs, logos, software, and other original materials are owned by or licensed to German Truck Works LLC or the applicable rights holder.
Manufacturer names, product names, trademarks, logos, photographs, and other intellectual property belong to their respective owners.
Use of a manufacturer name or trademark is for product identification and does not imply sponsorship, affiliation, or endorsement unless expressly stated.
Content may not be copied, reproduced, republished, distributed, sold, modified, or commercially used without authorization from the applicable rights holder.
20. PRIVACY
Personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy.
By using the website, submitting information, creating an account, requesting a quote, or placing an order, you acknowledge that information may be processed as described in that policy.
21. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the website and online services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
We do not guarantee that:
• Website information will always be complete, current, or error-free
• The website will always be uninterrupted or secure
• Every product will remain available
• A particular product will produce a specific performance result
• A product will be suitable for a use not expressly confirmed in writing

22. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising from a particular product, transaction, or order will not exceed the amount paid to Torque Ranch Motors for the product, transaction, or order giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
23. INDEMNIFICATION
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless German Truck Works LLC, Torque Ranch Motors, and their owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates from third-party claims arising from:
