Special-order, custom-order, made-to-order, supplier-submitted, allocated, prepared, or shipped products generally cannot be canceled.
Approved cancellations may be reduced by supplier fees, restocking fees, payment fees, or other non-recoverable costs.

Available payment methods are shown at checkout.
Customers represent that they are authorized to use the payment method submitted.
We may request additional verification or cancel an order if payment cannot be verified.

Unless expressly stated in writing, Torque Ranch Motors does not create an additional product warranty beyond rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Customers may be required to work directly with the manufacturer for diagnosis, documentation, inspection, repair, replacement, or warranty approval.
Labor, towing, vehicle rental, lost time, shipping, removal, installation, and incidental expenses are not covered unless expressly included by the applicable manufacturer warranty or required by law.
13. INSTALLATION AND SAFETY
Automotive products should be installed, inspected, and maintained by qualified professionals.
Improper installation, incompatible combinations, incorrect torque, missing hardware, modification, misuse, racing, overloading, or failure to follow instructions may cause product failure, property damage, serious injury, or death.
Customers are responsible for:
• Reviewing all instructions and warnings
• Confirming compatibility
• Using appropriate tools and safety equipment
• Completing required alignments, calibrations, programming, inspections, and maintenance
• Rechecking hardware after installation when instructed
• Discontinuing use if a safety concern is discovered
14. EMISSIONS AND LEGAL COMPLIANCE
Some automotive products may be restricted from sale, installation, or use in particular states or jurisdictions.
Product-specific EPA, CARB, emissions, racing-use, off-road-use, or legal-use notices form part of the product description and must be reviewed before purchase.
Torque Ranch Motors does not authorize any customer to use a product in violation of federal, state, or local law.
Torque Ranch Motors does not offer installation intended to remove, bypass, defeat, or render inoperative emissions-control equipment required by law.
Customers are responsible for confirming that a product and its intended use comply with all applicable laws, regulations, inspection requirements, and registration requirements.
15. PROFESSIONAL INSTALLATION SERVICES
Installation or workshop services are separate from the online purchase of a product unless expressly included in the listing or written estimate.
Workshop services may require:
• A separate appointment
• A written estimate or repair order
• A deposit
• Additional parts or labor
• Inspection of the vehicle
• Separate service terms or authorization forms
Online product pricing does not automatically include installation labor.
16. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, German Truck Works LLC and Torque Ranch Motors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages arising from the website, a product, delayed delivery, installation, misuse, loss of vehicle use, lost profits, or lost business.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising from a particular product or order will not exceed the amount paid to us for the product or order giving rise to the claim.
