California Emissions Notice

Certain products sold by Torque Ranch Motors may modify or affect vehicle emissions systems and may not be compliant with California Air Resources Board (CARB) regulations or Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) requirements.

Products without a valid CARB Executive Order (EO) number are not legal for sale or use in the State of California on emission-controlled vehicles.

Torque Ranch Motors does not represent or guarantee that any product is legal for street use in California unless explicitly stated.

Customers are solely responsible for verifying compliance with all applicable emissions and environmental regulations prior to purchase.

4. Pricing & Payments

  • Payment must be received in full before an order is processed

For international orders, duties, taxes, and import fees are calculated at checkout under Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) terms where applicable.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Shipping times are estimates only and not guaranteed

  • Domestic orders within the United States typically ship within 1–3 business days when available

  • International orders may require additional handling time

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs authorities, weather, or other factors beyond our control.

Risk of loss passes to the customer once the order is handed over to the shipping carrier.

6. Returns & Refunds

Returns are subject to our Return & Refund Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.
