UNITED STATES SHIPPING
Torque Ranch Motors currently accepts online orders for delivery within the United States only.
Available shipping methods and rates are displayed at checkout based on the product, destination, fulfillment warehouse, package dimensions, weight, carrier availability, and applicable supplier rates.
ORDER PROCESSING
Most products are prepared for shipment within 3–5 business days.
Some available warehouse products may ship sooner. Supplier-stocked, special-order, made-to-order, oversized, freight, or backordered products may require additional processing time.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing on the next business day.
An order confirmation does not guarantee immediate availability. If a product becomes unavailable, significantly delayed, or subject to an unexpected restriction, we will contact the customer using the information provided with the order.
SHIPPING RATES
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout using available carrier or supplier rates.
Turn 14 Distribution products use shipping rates supplied through the Turn 14 Distribution integration when available.
Large, heavy, oversized, hazardous, or LTL freight products may require:
• Additional handling
• A freight carrier
• A residential-delivery surcharge
• Liftgate service
• A delivery appointment
• Additional information from the customer
We reserve the right to contact the customer if a shipping quote is unavailable or materially incorrect because of incomplete product, package, address, carrier, or freight information.
SPLIT SHIPMENTS
Products may ship from different warehouses or suppliers.
An order may therefore arrive in multiple packages, through different carriers, and on different delivery dates. Tracking information is provided for each shipment when available.
DELIVERY ESTIMATES
Processing times and transit times are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates.
Delivery may be affected by:
• Carrier delays
• Supplier delays
• Product availability
• Severe weather
• Freight appointments
• Address problems
• Holidays
• Natural disasters
• Other circumstances outside our reasonable control
ADDRESS ACCURACY
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
Contact us immediately if an address needs to be changed. Address changes are not guaranteed after fulfillment has begun.
Additional carrier charges caused by an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address may be charged to the customer.
DELIVERY AND RISK OF LOSS
Ownership and risk of loss transfer according to applicable law and the shipping terms associated with the order.
Customers should monitor tracking and arrange for secure receipt of valuable or oversized shipments.
Torque Ranch Motors is not responsible for theft occurring after a carrier confirms delivery, but we will assist with available carrier documentation and claim information.
DAMAGED, MISSING, OR INCORRECT SHIPMENTS
Inspect all packages promptly after delivery.
Visible shipping damage, missing items, missing components, or incorrect products must be reported within 48 hours after delivery.
Keep all packaging, labels, shipping documents, and damaged materials. Clear photographs may be required.
Do not install a damaged or incorrect product.
For freight or LTL deliveries, inspect the shipment before signing whenever possible and note visible damage on the delivery receipt.
TRACKING
Tracking information is provided by email when available.
Tracking may require additional time to update after a shipping label is created. A label-created notification does not necessarily mean that the carrier has physically collected the package.
ORDER CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS
Contact us immediately if an order address, quantity, or product selection needs to be changed.
Changes and cancellations are not guaranteed after an order has been submitted to a supplier, entered fulfillment, been prepared for shipment, or shipped.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
International orders are not currently available through this online store.
Customers outside the United States may contact us regarding separately quoted export orders. Such transactions are not processed through the standard online checkout unless expressly arranged in writing.
