Returns are accepted only with prior authorization.
Return eligibility requirements:

Product must be in original packaging, including all parts, hardware, manuals, and accessories

No signs of wear, damage, or installation
Non-returnable items include:

Special order or custom products

Items not returned in original condition
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
International Returns
International returns are generally not accepted.
If an exception is approved:
